Job summary

Broadband Telecom Services, Inc. is a full-service telecommunications construction contracting company with multiple locations throughout Texas. Aledo, TX-based Bore Machine Operator position requires setting up and operating boring equipment, heavy labor, and adherence to safety standards.

The role involves digging trenches, moving drilling gear, and coordinating with the Construction Supervisor on site. English communication skills are essential, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
• English language communication required.
• Experience with trencher or other construction equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches and operate heavy construction equipment.
• Move drilling equipment to job site.
• Set up drilling and hoisting machinery.
• Operate drilling equipment and regulate pressure/speed.
• Maintain records of footage drilled and materials used.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Report progress to the supervisor on site.
• Locate and recover lost drill bits and pipes.
