Job summary

Bilfinger Inc. in Texas is seeking a Boilermaker I helper to assist in assembly, erection, and repair of boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels in the field. You will move tools, clean equipment, position parts, and assist welders while following procedures.

The role requires lifting 50–100 lbs, TWIC card, and basic education; hair follicle testing will be conducted. Per diem is not offered. Join Bilfinger’s field operations team, contributing to safe, efficient maintenance and repair projects

Requires following directions and performing varied duties per procedure.
Must be physically able to lift 50–100 pounds and climb ladders.
TWIC card required.

Responsibilities

Assist Boilermaker I in assembly, erection, and repair of boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels in the field.
Move tools, equipment, and parts to the work area by hand or using hand trucks.
Clean boilers and tanks, and clean work area.
Attach slings, ropes, or cables to objects following signals of Rigger.
Position parts for fitting, clamping, or welding as directed.
Bolt or unbolt assemblies using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.
Perform other duties as described under Helper.
