Job summary

Philips is hiring a Biomedical Equipment Technician in Lubbock, TX to service multi-vendor biomedical equipment at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair devices using manuals and OEM training.

Strong communication with customers and site teams is essential to maintain satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years of medical equipment experience, an electronics degree or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment or related devices.
• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience; higher degrees preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and understand electronic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on medical equipment at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve customer issues; communicate findings and coordinate with site personnel.
• Independently complete PMs, installations, and diagnose electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
