Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc., the leading beverage distributor in Eastern North Carolina, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser in Goldsboro. The role requires field presence, stocking beverage products, maintaining displays, and providing top-notch customer service during standard business hours.

Salary starts at $17.50/hour plus mileage reimbursement. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, S125 plans, life and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating units, rates and percentages.

• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales and delivery by servicing and merchandising retail accounts professionally.
• Stock and merchandise beverage products ensuring displays are filled and POS is neat and current.
• Maintain Coastal Beverage Company's standards for racks, displays and promotions.
• Field-based role requiring presence in customer accounts during business hours and travel as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies and complete pre-employment checks if required.
