Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to stock and merchandise beverage products across customer accounts in eastern North Carolina.

This field-based role requires professional appearance, reliable attendance, and strong time management to maintain displays and ensure POS materials are current. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic reading/writing skills, and good math abilities, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division; compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Proven customer service skills and a professional appearance.
• Computer skills including email and internet proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise beverage products in customer accounts.
• Maintain displays, racks and POS materials according to company standards.
• Ensure regular in-person attendance and field presence to service accounts.
• Assist sales and delivery departments in servicing retail accounts.
