Responsibilities

• Serve as technical procedure and product expert for case coverage in hospitals.
• Support Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and staff on Vessel Closure products.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate how products help patient care and goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify decision makers.
• Provide clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Educate customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology Lab, and OR.
• Address customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Support broader region with case coverage as needed.
