Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Leasing & Marketing Manager who will lead lease-up and marketing efforts for new affordable apartment communities across the assigned region.

This role requires 100% travel, building relationships with residents, referral partners, and community leaders. You will generate qualified traffic, lease apartments, and aim for stabilization before moving to the next assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, marketing, hospitality, recruiting, retail sales, or related customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional apartment tours and follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text.
• Assist applicants through qualification and approval processes and collect required documentation.
• Process rental applications and maintain compliance requirements.
• Maintain prospect and leasing records and monitor occupancy performance.
• Prepare marketing reports and leasing activity updates.
• Visit competing properties to assess market positioning and pricing.
• Utilize social media, digital advertising, and local media opportunities to generate traffic.
