Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, combining indoor and outdoor tasks. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through daily inspections.

You will also handle cash drawer audits, deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments, including reminders and collections when required. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors up to 50% of the time and lift items up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and keep spaces ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
