Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sports Medicine Sales Representative to promote and sell cutting-edge Endoscopy sports medicine products. This field-based role requires traveling to customer sites and operating rooms, educating clinicians, and driving key accounts to adoption.

You will lead pitches, demos, and collaborate with cross-divisional teams to set strategic goals, negotiate terms, and deliver value for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of commercial sales or medical field experience including operating room experience.
• 2–5 years outside sales experience (medical fields preferred).
• Must be able to drive and travel overnight 50% annually.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy sports medicine products.
• Lead sales pitches and demos; collaborate with cross-divisional reps to set strategic goals and targets.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance; act as subject matter expert.
• Manage trade shows, analyze market territory, negotiate prices and terms, and resolve product problems for customers.
