Job summary

Royal Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduler to own the master construction schedule for a data center project, coordinating CPM logic across civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning scopes. You will lead schedule risk analyses and present recovery plans to executives.

The role is field-based, with on-site office work and regular site walks to verify progress against the schedule. Requires 8+ years in scheduling on commercial/industrial builds and PMI-SP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience on commercial or industrial construction projects, including CPM schedule development.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong working knowledge of time impact analysis and schedule delay documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master CPM schedule in Primavera P6, linking civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning activities.
• Lead monthly schedule updates with actual progress, subcontractor input, and revised durations.
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules with the superintendent and trade foremen.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify critical path and near-critical path activities for management focus.
• Prepare schedule narratives and fragnet documentation for change orders and time impact analyses.
• Supervise the junior scheduler, reviewing updates and fragnet development for accuracy.
• Coordinate commissioning schedule integration, IST windows, and turnover sequencing by system.
• Present schedule status and recovery plans at monthly owner and executive review meetings.
