Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently across multiple locations, combining inside and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs, advise on packing and moving supplies, and help ensure inventory readiness to rent.

Daily tasks include unit inspections, cash handling, bank deposits, and keeping accounts current with payments through reminders and collections. You must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or similar).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teams.
• Willingness to work in a multi-location setting with travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments, providing reminders and collections when required.
