Qualifications

• Current and valid license to practice Registered Nursing (RN) in Massachusetts.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and wound care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
