McCormick & Company is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Merchandiser to cover Lincoln/East coast and surrounding area. The role involves visiting supermarkets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining in-store execution with daily stock deliveries.

You will work 40 hours weekly, with weekend rest days, and some Christmas shifts at double pay. Ideal candidates have a full UK driving license, the right to work in the UK, and the ability to manage their time independently.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Right to work in the UK and a UK bank account.
• Experience in merchandising, retail or hospitality is asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage store contact relationships with major supermarkets.
• Use technology to maintain product availability and record in-store execution.
• Collect and deliver stock to stores daily to ensure 100% shelf availability.
• Maintain store records including inventory and processes.
• Support other McCormick brands when required.
