Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel across the Charlotte, NC area, visiting 22–30 locations per day.

You will educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits, place in-store materials, and document every visit using mobile tools while working independently in the field. This temporary 90-day assignment offers weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a company-provided mobile device.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, promotions, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel the assigned territory visiting 22–30 retail locations per day to engage merchants.
• Educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and in-store branding.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work independently in the field while coordinating with leadership to meet territory goals.
