Job summary

McHur Care is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional to deliver Medicaid-aligned behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families in Midland, Texas. This 1099 independent contractor role requires in-field QMHP services, strong documentation, and the ability to work across homes, schools and community sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• QMHP or QMHP-CS eligible.
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, as assigned.
• Deliver skills training, crisis intervention, medication training support, and case management as authorized.
• Develop and update crisis and safety plans as clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate with caregivers, care partners, and treatment team members.
• Provide face-to-face services in homes, schools, and community sites.
• Complete timely documentation for billing and compliance.
