Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1 year of experience in a supervised mental health setting or relevant degree.
• Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Active, unrestricted driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching in financial management, job readiness, health education, and social skills.
• Collaborate with clients to develop Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).
• Support clients in accessing community resources and appointments.
• Maintain high-quality clinical progress notes.
• Work with the team to prevent crises.
