Job summary

Renjoy seeks a field-based inspector to own the look, feel, and upkeep of our Colorado Springs portfolio. You will visit 3–5 homes daily, capture issues, perform quick fixes when possible, and prepare clear briefs for maintenance teams. Video walkthroughs accompany each report to demonstrate proactive care.

You’ll triage findings by urgency, deliver owner-ready documentation, and maintain high hospitality standards through attentive, autonomous work across our vacation homes.

Qualifications

• Must have a keen eye for details and safety concerns.
• Able to work independently with strong self-direction.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect 3–5 homes per day across a clustered route.
• Conduct full video walkthroughs noting maintenance, cleaning, staging, safety items.
• Fix quick items on the spot and relay clear briefs to teams.
• Triage findings into urgent/plan/next steps and document clearly.
• Deliver quarterly reports and owner-focused video walkthroughs.
• Flag guest risk or owner concerns immediately.
