Job summary

LOT Commercial Property Services seeks an experienced Client Project Facilitator to join our growing team in the San Diego area. This field-based role coordinates multiple service jobs for shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial parks, ensuring safe, efficient work and high customer satisfaction.

You will visit properties across San Diego County, prepare scopes of work and estimates, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with property managers while delivering

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance, facilities management, construction coordination, or related field.
• Experience preparing estimates and scopes of work for repair, maintenance, or improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of commercial building systems and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, mobile tech, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple property repair, maintenance, and small improvement projects from initial site visit through completion.
• Visit properties throughout San Diego County to assess needs and develop scopes of work.
• Prepare estimates, material lists, and project proposals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and materials to keep projects moving.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with property managers through proactive communication and dependable follow-through.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and timelines while managing multiple active jobs.
• Identify issues early and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using company software.
• Assist with field troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed.
