Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based clinical sales professional to provide demonstrations and education on our medical devices across healthcare facilities. You will translate clinical and financial benefits to physicians and administrators, drive adoption, and relay feedback to product teams.

A strong preference for experience in endovascular/OR spaces; the role is 100% commission with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Maintain all certifications and vendor credentials.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong educational and presentation skills across settings from one-on-one to large groups.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex clinical problems.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated influential skills and followership.
  • Desire to participate in a healthcare team and anticipate customer needs.

  • Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction for use of company products in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale situations in formal and small-group presentations.
  • Present information to physicians and administration detailing clinical and financial benefits of devices.
  • Evaluate new products or enhancements and relay feedback to Product Development and Marketing.
  • Promote and increase usage of products within customer facilities.
  • Assist with collection and dissemination of customer feedback.
  • Represent company at trade shows or educational meetings and complete reports.
  • Provide product support and education to users in person or via in-service sessions.
  • Stay updated on developments to act as a subject matter expert.
  • Develop and share information with internal stakeholders about customer acceptance during pre-sale and evaluation.

Job description

Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction for use of company products in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale situations in formal educational as well as small-group or individual presentations in patient-care areas throughout a healthcare facility, to gain or increase acceptance of company’s products and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Provide information through formal presentations to Physicians, and Administration customers that detail the clinical and/or financial benefits of company’s devices as related to the group.
  • Evaluate new products or enhancements to devices to provide information and feedback to the Product Development and Marketing departments.
  • Works with customers to introduce, promote, and increase the usage of products throughout a customer facility.
  • Assist with the collection and dissemination of information or feedback provided by customers.
  • Represent company at various trade shows or educational meetings and complete all necessary reports.
  • Provide product support and education to users either in person, in-service or by written or verbal means.
  • Continuously increases knowledge of new developments within the assigned market as well as company products to perform as a subject matter expert.
  • Develop and disseminate information to internal executives and staff regarding issues related to customer acceptance of company’s technology and products during the pre-sale and evaluation process.
Qualifications

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
