• Proven success in territory development and meeting growth goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the San Antonio market.

Responsibilities

• Develop Driscoll’s presence within the San Antonio market through consistent physician outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, OB/GYNs, MFM physicians, and family medicine providers.
• Educate providers about Driscoll’s pediatric cardiology services and new clinic offerings.
• Identify referral opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen provider engagement.
• Regularly follow up with physician practices to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
• Represent Driscoll at community events, conferences, and outreach activities.
