Driscoll Cardiac Clinic in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Physician Liaison to support our pediatric cardiology services to physicians and healthcare partners throughout the community. This is a field-based role focusing on building relationships with local pediatricians, OB/GYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and family medicine providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare sales or physician/provider relations.
• Experience developing relationships with physicians, practices, hospitals, or healthcare organizations.
• Proven success in territory growth, business development, and meeting growth goals.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, referral processes, and provider engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to develop relationships in a new market.

Responsabilités

• Develop Driscoll’s presence within the San Antonio market through physician outreach.
• Build relationships with pediatricians, OB/GYNs, MFM physicians, and family medicine providers.
• Introduce Driscoll’s pediatric cardiology services and serve as a ongoing resource for practices.
• Educate healthcare professionals on Driscoll’s services, referral processes, and new offerings.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategies to grow the referral network.
• Follow up with physician practices to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor referral activity, market trends, and provider feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and Marketing to support outreach initiatives.
• Represent Driscoll at community events, conferences, and other outreach activities.
