Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Patient Specialist to fit and train patients with the ASSURE wearables in the San Diego area.

This paid per fitting position supports the sales team and Regional Clinical Advisors, ensuring high‑quality patient care and efficient service delivery. The APS will be certified as an ASSURE Patient Specialist, schedule visits, coordinate with prescribers and caregivers, manage kit inventory, and maintain strict confidentiality while traveling to

Qualifications

• 1 year in a paid patient care experience.
• Clinical or engineering background
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence
• Background check completion (level 2 where required)
• Ability to pay for vendor credentialing during a 90-day probation
• Experience in patient and/or clinician education

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with a wearable defibrillator.
• Provide instruction and instill confidence in Assure patients.
• Schedule services with prescribers, caregivers and patients.
• Travel to hospitals and patients' homes for fittings.
• Measure patients to determine garment size.
• Transmit essential paperwork for garment/services.
• Manage inventory of kit, garments and equipment.
• Adhere to confidentiality pledge.
