Job summary

EPIC in Niagara County, NY seeks a Parent Partner NCDSS to facilitate in-home parenting classes and coached visitations, primarily in the field with some remote administrative work and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements include an associate/bachelor/master in a related field with 1–5+ years in human services; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred; evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s with 2+ years, or Master’s with 1 year in Human Services.
• Case management, in-home visitation or coached visitation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data systems; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a reasonable case load.
• Conduct intakes for Parent Partners program with Niagara County DSS.
• Facilitate in-home, evidence-based parenting education classes.
• Provide supervised visitation under coached visitation model.
• Prepare billing and maintain participant data records.
• Write monthly progress reports for DSS and courts.
