Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Parent Partner NCDSS to oversee the Niagara County Department of Social Services Parent Partner Program. You will supervise staff, coordinate referrals, administer coaching visits, and ensure service delivery aligns with evidence-based practices.

You will manage documentation, billing, and reporting for contracts with NCDSS, courts, families, and community partners while supporting families toward reunification and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field with several years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with some experience, or a master’s degree with limited experience in Human Services.
• Case management, in-home visitation or coached visitation experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach parents in learning parenting skills through evidence-based education and coached visitation.
• Maintain caseloads based on contract requirements.
• Complete intake processes for referrals from Niagara County DSS.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for courts and NCDSS and ensure accurate documentation.
