Synerfac Technical Staffing in Baton Rouge is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow business throughout Louisiana and surrounding territories. This field-focused role centers on developing new opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue with a consultative sales approach.

This position offers an uncapped commission structure, a defined territory with existing relationships, and company-provided tools to support field activities and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, jobsite visits, and customer meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, municipalities, industrial clients, and project stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and service solutions.
• Prepare quotes and proposals with support and training from the internal team.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.
• Monitor projects, bid opportunities, and market activity throughout the territory.
• Collaborate with operations and branch personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the company at customer offices, active project sites, and industry events.
