Johnson & Johnson seeks an Oncology Clinical Educator, Hematology, Northeast Overlay, covering Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. This field-based role serves non-physician patient care teams with PI-based and disease-state education across a defined geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• RN license or Advanced Practice degree required.
• OCN/AOCN/AOCNS/AOCNP certification required.
• 8+ years of work experience in oncology education required.

Responsibilities

• Build external relationships with PCTS (RN, NP, PA, Pharm.D., Nurse Navigators) and develop/manage a geographic territory.
• Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan to meet customer educational needs and clinical challenges.
• Educate PCTS on disease state awareness and clinical/operational aspects of patient identification.
• Educate PCTs on the clinical profile of products including administration requirements.
• Provide education programs through 1:1 presentations, round tables, or formal presentations.
• Provide education to patients in advocacy settings.
• Master the clinical/administrative profiles of new cancer medications.
• Teach external stakeholders on infusion processes for new cancer medications.
• Document and translate clinical education topics for diverse audiences.
