ResiHome, the field-based division of RESICAP, is hiring an On-Site Property Manager in Lawrenceville, GA. You will be the first contact for prospective and current residents, lead leasing activities, and ensure exceptional service across your designated community.

Responsibilities include property upkeep, move-in/out inspections, renewal management, and compliance with fair housing and state laws. A valid Real Estate license is required for your state, with 3–5 years in leasing/property

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License Required for State of Residence.
• 3-5 years of leasing/property management experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver''s license.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, conduct home tours, and guide through the leasing process.
• Manage on-site operations to maintain property and community standards.
• Address resident needs and resolve issues.
• Handle past-due balances and renewals to optimize occupancy.
• Coordinate with internal teams on HOA/code enforcement.
• Leverage CRM and property management tools to track prospects.
• Perform move-in/out inspections and turnover tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and state laws.
