Job summary

Amgen seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison for obesity to serve as the primary scientific resource for Opinion Leaders, Population Health Decision Makers and other healthcare providers across OR, ID, MT, WY, WA. The MSL reports to the Obesity Field Director and works on the US Medical team to advance the obesity portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pharma/biotech Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and healthcare providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy as guided by MSL leadership.
• Engage with investigators and sites to support the obesity pipeline.
• Communicate clinical and economic data to IDNs and institutions to inform decisions.
