Responsibilities

• Provide frontline field care to unhoused and vulnerable patients.
• Deliver acute, chronic and preventive care in the field.
• Conduct assessments, histories, exams, and order/interpret diagnostics.
• Prescribe under physician supervision and report to supervising physician.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
