Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Neuroscience for the Boston area. This field-based role focuses on engaging health care professionals with scientifically rigorous, label-consistent discussions to drive adoption of BMS medicines in neurology.

The TAS will build credibility with regional thought leaders and clinicians, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree in pharmaceutical/biotech required.
5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP roles.
Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data to physicians clearly and convincingly.

Responsibilities

Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients.
Maintains high level of scientific expertise on approved indications and emerging data.
Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
Uses CE^3 and other tools to derive insights and inform call plans.
