Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. You will help customers stay current with payments and conduct reminders and collections when needed, requiring a valid driver's license to travel between sites and work in outdoor

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
