Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or MD/DO/PharmD/PhD with clinical/pharmaceutical experience to join a small, high-visibility Medical Affairs team supporting our ADHD portfolio.

The role covers CO, UT, NV and east to St. Louis, with a requirement to live within this territory. Travel up to 70% is expected as a field-based position and base compensation is offered with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (MD/DO/PharmD/PhD) with minimum 3 years relevant clinical or therapeutic experience.
• Minimum 1 year MSL experience with primary emphasis on field-based scientific exchange.
• Strong broad-based scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge as well as excellent presentation and teaching skills.
• Excellent level of experience and confidence speaking about drug information/disease state treatment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment and appreciation for Commercial Operations, including Marketing and Sales strategies.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Conducts scientific exchange in the field with prioritized stakeholders, including KOLs, COEs, HCPs, patient groups and societies.
• Develops and maintains scientific relationships with stakeholders and regional healthcare systems.
• Provides key scientific and clinical education and training on topics related to Medical Affairs strategies.
• Supports interactions with investigators and potential investigators in conjunction with trials and Investigator Initiated Research proposals.
• Creates regional medical engagement plans and assesses stakeholders to guide scientific exchange.
• Collaborates with field Medical colleagues and Commercial teams to share Medical insights.
