Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a locally connected Membership Sales Manager to drive a strategic sales program across Sedalia, MO and surrounding counties. This role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, relationship-building, and a consultative sales approach to grow a strong local membership base.

You will educate businesses and individuals on AMCN membership value, develop a robust pipeline, and collaborate with local partners to achieve territory goals while exemplifying GMR’s commitment

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent travel is essential.
• Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: Spends ~90% in the field across Sedalia and surrounding markets, meeting local businesses and consumers.
• Develop Relationships: Identify leads via door-to-door outreach, referrals, events, and community networking.
• Sales Process Management: Manage full sales cycle with a consultative approach connecting services to local needs.
• Champion with Purpose: Attend community events and build long-term relationships to raise brand awareness.
