Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join our field-based team. You will engage Thought Leaders, provide timely scientific data, and support medical strategies to advance access and adoption of our medicines.

In this role, you will build deep scientific relationships, stay current on treatment landscapes, and collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, and HEOR teams to ensure accurate medical communications. The position requires travel and relevant advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align medical strategy with business goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with Sr. Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactions with Thought Leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders within a geography to address scientific questions and needs.
• Effectively present information to HCPs with medical accuracy and in compliance with guidelines and directives.
• Contribute to the Medical Plan and develop territory Field Medical plans based on therapeutic area objectives.
• Support Clinical Trial Activities and site feasibility discussions to aid patient recruitment and product development.
