IQVIA seeks experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support AML programs. The role involves field-based scientific exchange with investigators and healthcare professionals, sharing data, and gathering insights on MRD, relapse risk, and evolving standards of care.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years MSL experience in hematology/oncology, advanced clinical degrees, and strong communication skills. Expect extensive travel and collaboration with Medical Affairs and clinical development teams.

Formación

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required; PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP, NP, PA or equivalent strongly preferred from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience or relevant clinical experience within hematology and/or oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hematology/oncology with demonstrated therapeutic area expertise.
• Demonstrated track record of success in medical affairs, clinical development, clinical practice, scientific engagement, or related healthcare roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare stakeholder segments, treatment landscapes, and market dynamics within oncology.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical information effectively to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and key opinion leaders.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and other digital engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of clinical trials in oncology and investigator-initiated studies.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and OIG guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, academic investigators, community hematology/oncology leaders, and priority institutions across the assigned territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions regarding AML, hematologic malignancies, immunotherapy approaches, mechanisms of action, trial data, biomarkers, MRD, relapse risk, and evolving standards of care.
• Communicate complex clinical and scientific information clearly to diverse external stakeholders including physicians, researchers, and care teams.
• Support disease-state education, scientific education programs, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other activities in compliance with approved materials.
• Tactically execute scientific exchange with healthcare professionals using client-approved materials; identify educational needs.
• Serve as a first contact for investigators initiating investigator-initiated studies and provide study-development support.
• Identify and communicate insights to help shape research, development, and launch plans.
• Maintain clinical expertise through conferences and literature review.
• Increase client visibility with thought leaders and enhance interactions with industry.
