Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML program. The role focuses on scientific exchange with investigators and clinicians, gathering insights on disease biology, MRD, relapse risk, and evolving standards of care.

Minimum requirements include an advanced clinical degree and 4+ years in MSL or clinical development within hematology/oncology, with travel up to 70%. Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required; PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP, NP, PA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hematology/oncology with therapeutic area expertise.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Familiarity with oncology clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, academic investigators, and community hematology/oncology leaders across the territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer discussions regarding AML and hematologic malignancies.
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly to diverse external stakeholders.
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other activities.
• Document scientific interactions accurately in the CRM and related systems.
