Qualifications

• Two or more years leading a landscape maintenance crew.
• Experience with commercial/HOA properties.
• Valid Florida driver license and clean driving record.
• Trailer towing experience.
• Knowledge of South Florida plant material and issues.
• Ability to run daily safety meetings and enforce PPE.
• Comfort using a smartphone app to document photos.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in heat.
• Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned route and complete properties to standard within budgeted hours.
• Lead a 2–3 person crew on fixed commercial/HOA routes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and report conditions to the manager.
• Document property conditions in CompanyCam.
• Manage equipment checks and end-of-day return procedures.
