Job summary

Roofstock seeks a Hospitality Operations Manager to ensure exceptional stays and owner satisfaction within a defined zone. You will manage housekeepers, coordinate with coordinators, and maintain property readiness. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth and guest experiences high.

Travel within the market is frequent; you will report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops, and play a key role in resolving guest issues and optimizing processes across the zone.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational experience in hospitality or property management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating fieldwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to solve problems with urgency.
• Tech-savvy for mobile and desktop task tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure homes under your stewardship are consistently ready for guests.
• Directly manage a team of housekeepers with scheduling and coaching.
• Delegate tasks to coordinators for inspections and restocks.
• Collaborate with other managers to maintain a team-first zone culture.
• Visit properties to maintain property-level expertise and responsiveness.
• Act as the main operational contact for homeowners and guests.
