Job summary

Regional Hospice in Missouri is seeking a Full Time RN Case Manager to serve Lebanon, MO. The role offers autonomy with field visits to homes and facilities, plus teamwork with a dedicated care team. Training or PRN options available as needed.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, manage symptoms, and supervise LPNs and CNAs while using EMR for charting—health, dental, vision coverage, a 401K, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time are provided.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required and able to commute to Lebanon office.
• Compassionate care approach for terminally ill patients and families.
• Proficient with EMR and mobile apps; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based hospice nursing, symptom management, and emotional support.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; monitor medications and DME needs.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and patient education on death and dying.
