The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Maryland SLP licensure, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years clinical experience (required).
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Maryland (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Good clinical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Smart phone experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and speech-language pathology treatment per agency standards.
• Communicates with supervisor regarding delivery of rehab services and patient care.
• Contributes to goals, adheres to policies, safety standards, and training.
• Maintains relationships with departments; participates in quality improvement.
• Maintains communication with physician and care team about patient status.
• Performs duties as assigned.
• Assesses home environment and recommends adaptive equipment or modifications.
• Provides initial and periodic assessments; develops treatment plans with the team.
