This full-time field-based position involves building referral relationships with healthcare providers. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years in healthcare marketing or sales, with preferred connection in the region. The role includes performance-based bonuses, auto and marketing allowances, and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, or medical sales (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Medicare and home health referral processes.
• Established relationships in Fort Worth area (highly preferred).
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within assigned territory.
• Generate qualified home health admissions.
• Conduct daily field visits to healthcare providers.
• Track and manage all activities through CRM.
• Collaborate with clinical teams for smooth patient transitions.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets.
