You will travel extensively (approximately 75%), work onsite and remotely as needed, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within Philips’ health technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of professional experience in IT services or related technical environments.
• Experience with patient monitoring hardware (telemetry units, ventilators, defibrillators) preferred.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CCNA/ networking certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support, diagnosing network and application issues.
• Support installation, configuration, integration, and testing of patient monitoring IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges using approved tools and diagnostic methodologies.
• Document configurations and support procedures; maintain version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
