ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to cover Illinois and Wisconsin. You will drive new business growth across hospitals, outpatient centers, and healthcare systems, while also supporting existing key accounts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B healthcare sales, excels in solution-based selling, and can navigate complex decision-making with C-suite and operational leaders. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare or service industries.
• Proven success in new business development and closing deals with senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and large outpatient facilities.
• Prospect and engage key decision-makers in infection control, environmental services, nursing, purchasing, and admin.
• Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations showing compliance, patient satisfaction, and efficiency gains.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close deals aligned with monthly/quarterly goals.
• Maintain CRM records for activity, pipeline, and account information.
• Serve as escalation point and provide support for major accounts with local service teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and quarterly business reviews to assess service satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor retention risks and take proactive actions to preserve long-term partnerships.
