Job summary

Central Coast VNA & Hospice (VNA) is seeking an Account Liaison Representative to promote our service lines and cultivate strong community relationships in Monterey, Seaside, and Carmel. This field-based role emphasizes generating referrals and achieving sales goals, with approximately 85% of time spent in the community.

The ALR will serve as a liaison between VNA and clients, collaborating with clinical and program teams to educate healthcare partners and families about our offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in marketing and sales or related field.
• Degree in business, marketing, or heath care related field preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources, healthcare services, and local networks.
• Proven ability to establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships including managing and growing an existing account portfolio.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with operations and clinical teams.
• Establish relationships with SNFs, residential care, assisted living and community representatives, physicians, and Community Services clients.
• Resolves customer feedback by investigating opportunities for development; collaborates on resolutions with program management.
• Keeps the Business Development Manager apprised of activities in the territory.
• Analyzes territory and develops call routing to establish correct targets, reach and frequency.
• Educates referral sources on all aspects of VNA service lines to ensure patient needs are met.
• Participates in and/or leads community events representing VNA.
