VNA is looking for a Account Liaison Representative.
Under the direction of the Associate Director of Business, the Account Liaison Representative (ALR) will be responsible for promoting VNA’s comprehensive service lines, developing and maintaining strong community relationships, generating referrals, and achieving or exceeding established sales and growth goals. The ALR will leverage VNA’s long-standing legacy and mission of providing exceptional patient care to educate healthcare professionals, community partners, patients, families, and other key audiences about the services VNA provides.
This is a highly visible, field-based position, with approximately 85% of time spent in the community throughout Monterey, Seaside, and Carmel. The ALR will serve as a key liaison between VNA and its clients and referral partners while working collaboratively with clinical, operational, and program teams.

The compensation range for this role is determined by factors such as location and required skills. The salary range provided reflects the lowest to highest amount we reasonably anticipate paying for this position at the time of posting. Compensation is influenced by labor market conditions and various factors, including but not limited to: prevailing minimum wage in the area, relevant education, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, sales or revenue targets, and business needs. It is not typical for a new hire to be offered the highest end of the salary range. Pay decisions are based on the unique circumstances of each candidate and position.
