Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is helpful but not required.
• Confidence in discussing solutions and pricing without using a pushy sales approach.
• Comfortable being evaluated on performance, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run residential garage door service and repair calls in the field.
• Perform thorough inspections of garage door systems and identify safety concerns.
• Communicate findings clearly and present repair or replacement options.
• Complete repairs and installations cleanly and efficiently.
• Create positive customer experiences that lead to reviews and repeat business.
