Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation (YMF-US) seeks a Financial Products Sales Manager for a field-based position covering Georgia, Alabama, Southern Tennessee and Florida. You will drive growth in the Retail Finance portfolio by building dealer relationships, training dealers on finance products, and collaborating with Yamaha teams to resolve issues.

Requirements include a BA/BS in business or related field, 5+ years of experience (2+ in customer service), and 1+ year in sales/relationship

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Marketing; or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• 1+ years sales/relationship management experience.
• 1+ years Retail Finance, Subprime Lending, or F&I product experience.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative dealer relationships through field visits and outbound calls; grow dealer retail finance originations and aftermarket product sales.
• Train dealer customers on promotional installment and revolving retail credit programs and educate on origination processes and compliance.
• Manage dealer relationships and partner with Yamaha teams to resolve issues with retail finance programs.
• Analyze performance trends, monitor competitors, and gather dealer feedback to drive improvements.
• Enroll new dealer accounts and guide through enrollment and onboarding processes.
