Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship; HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of investigations experience at federal, state, or local level.
• Some Federal Investigator Standards (FIS) experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to travel on temporary duty assignments (car or plane).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations; write reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one interviews to obtain factual information per guidelines.
• Produce reports of investigation with pertinent facts of background and character.
• Travel to conduct investigations at various employment, residence, and education sites.
