Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years in business development, sales, or employer relations.
• Experience with healthcare providers or clinical environments preferred.
• Familiarity with California healthcare landscape is a plus.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Externship Site Development: identify and secure new externship sites across healthcare providers.
• Employer Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with employers.
• Externship Pipeline & Workforce Alignment: ensure site capacity matches student demand.
• Compliance & Documentation: gather and maintain required site documentation.
• Collaboration & Internal Communication: work with campus teams and stakeholders.
• Community Engagement & Brand Representation: engage at events and promote programs.
