Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Project Manager to support its growing environmental team delivering engineering, geology, biology, and regulatory work across multiple sites. You will coordinate with senior staff, prepare environmental reports, and supervise field tasks.

Travel is required 25–50% annually to project sites in Hawaii and across the United States; duties include data collection, subcontractor coordination, and cost/schedule tracking.

Qualifications

• Authoring and overseeing technical documents is required
• Strong technical writing skills are essential
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to access government properties with a background check
• BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Experience with CERCLA, NEPA, RCRA, CAA, and/or CWA is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Senior Staff in client relations and project execution
• Manage and complete project deliverables and track scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop and maintain vendor/subcontractor relationships and assist with procurement
• Document financial reporting including purchase orders and distributions
• Coordinate field operations and data gathering for environmental projects
• Support environmental data analysis and report preparation
• Travel 25–50% annually to project sites and client visits across the U.S.
• Perform related duties as assigned
